This Yame Privacy Policy explains how Yame (“we”) process personal data we collect from visitors and users of www.Yame.com and any related applications and services (collectively, the “Zamo Services”).

We respect the privacy of users, registrants, publishers, members, and others (collectively, “you” or “users”) who use the Yame Services, and we want you to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

When using the Yame Services, you may share personal information. One example is when you provide your information during the creation of a Yame account. Another example is when you perform public actions or intend to perform public actions on the Yame Services, such as when you broadcast content, post personal profile information, follow a channel, or subscribe to a broadcast channel. Due to the social nature of some Yame Services, this information may be collected, used, or disclosed by others in social interactions. Additionally, some features of the Yame Services are designed to provide information about user activities to others, for example, identifying the creator of specific clips or the subscription status of a channel user. What Information We Collect
When we provide the Yame Services, we collect your information through the following methods. Please note that we require certain types of information to be able to provide the Yame Services to you.

Information Collected for Legitimate Interests
Information Provided by Users

1. When you create an account on the application or use the Yame Services, you agree to provide some or all of the following personal information, such as when you upload content to the application or contact us for technical support:

3. Personal profile information such as nickname, profile photo, gender, hometown, self-description, social media information, education, and occupation;

Facial data, for example when you use some of our features to create effects or emoticons for your streaming sessions or images you upload on ZamoServices, but this data is only processed offline to create effects or emoticons and we will not use it for other purposes unless we have your explicit consent or convert it into anonymized data; In addition, we will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising, nor share this data with any third parties. If you use a real personal profile photo for verification, we will collect your personal profile photo and facial recognition video to verify the real profile photo. This verification can protect you from fake accounts and impersonators, or develop the authenticity of the Yame Services. We will not store your facial recognition video on our servers, this video is only used for verification.

6. Payment information, including full name, billing address, billing postal code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number, or other payment information necessary for payment;

7. Transaction information, such as transaction number and transaction history after you purchase paid services;

8. Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, when you allow us access, but you can change your GPS information access permissions through your mobile device settings;

9. Choices you opt into and communications with us, for example information to verify your account or resolve your feedback or complaints; and information you provide when participating in surveys and in-app activities.

10. Information from social networks when you create a Yame account by connecting to a third-party social network (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Google) or if you link your Yame account to a third-party social network account.

Information Collected for Legitimate Interests

1. When you use the Yame Services for legitimate interests, we may collect some or all of the following personal information:

Information about Your Access and Use of Other Applications

1. Mobile advertising identifier, used by the mobile operating system and provided to advertisers, helps collect metrics from mobile applications (Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID) to help us and advertisers provide advertisements that may be more relevant to your interests.

2. Metadata, related to the content you create and provide to us (UGC), describes other data and provides information about how, when, who collected, and the formatting of this content. For example, metadata may include keywords tagged with a video or title.

3. Cookies are small data that help us provide certain features, collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand how you interact with websites and how you use the Yame Services, thereby improving your experience when using the services.

4. We may collect, use, and share your information to create and share aggregated insights that cannot identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information because this data does not reveal your identity, directly or indirectly. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users who access specific features on the website, generate statistics about our users, calculate the percentage of users who access website features, or calculate the number of times services or advertisements are displayed.

How We Will Use Your Information

8. Performance analysis: Determining whether users of the Yame Services are unique, or whether the same user uses the Yame Services multiple times, and tracking overall metrics such as number of visitors, number of videos viewed, demographic patterns, etc.

9. Functionality and security: Identifying users who do not meet the required age, diagnosing or repairing technical issues, and detecting, preventing, and responding to fraudulent activities, illegal activities, or intellectual property infringement.

Compliance: Implementing our terms of use and complying with our legal obligations.

Aggregation: To serve one or more of the purposes mentioned above, we will aggregate the information we collect about you.

How We Share Your Information

Please note that if your personal profile is public, your content will be visible to anyone on the platform, your friends and followers, as well as search engines, content aggregation websites, and third-party news sites may also access or share your content. However, if you connect to a third-party service through the Yame Services, or link your Yame account to a third-party service, you request and grant us permission to share information or grant access to information to that third party on your behalf. We may also send information related to your content or activities on the Yame Services to third parties to enhance your experience on the Yame Services.

We may disclose or share your personal information to a buyer or successor in the event we merge, divest, restructure, dissolve, or sell or transfer part or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings, where user personal information owned by us is among the assets transferred. In the event of such sale or transfer, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the entity receiving your personal information will use the information in a manner consistent with this privacy policy.

1. We do not control, evaluate, or assume responsibility for third-party websites or mobile applications or their content. Please note that the terms of this privacy policy do not apply to these third-party websites, mobile applications, or content, nor do they apply to the collection of information after you click on links to third-party websites, mobile applications, or content.

Data Security

1. We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may only do so for permitted business functions. Additionally, when transmitting certain of your personal information between your system and ours, we use encryption, and use firewalls to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal information. However, please note that we cannot completely eliminate security risks associated with storing and transmitting your personal information. You should act cautiously when sending information through the Yame Services and pay special attention when deciding what information you want to provide to us.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account information confidential.

Your Choices

1. You can configure your browser to reject all or some browser cookies, or to request notification when cookies are sent. Please note that your cookie rejection choice will depend on the browser or device you are using, so you may need to turn off cookies for each separate browser or device. Your Rights

1. Some jurisdictions grant Yame users certain rights, which are listed in this section. Depending on applicable law, you may have all or some of the following rights. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law after necessary verification, usually within one month. Exercising these rights is usually free of charge, unless applicable law requires a fee.

Although we cannot guarantee complete deletion of data on backup servers, we commit to not using data on backup servers for any other purpose.

Right to Data Portability - You can request us to transfer some of your personal information (if collected based on your consent) to a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, to transfer to you or another environment you specify (if technically possible), through (a) the help or feedback feature on the Yame Services or (b) by sending a request via email to [email protected].

6. Right to Withdraw Consent - You can withdraw your consent and request us to stop collecting or processing your personal information at any time, if that information was collected based on your consent, through (a) the help or feedback feature on the Yame Services or (b) by sending a request via email to us. Your exercise of this right will not affect processing activities that took place before you withdrew your consent.

7. Right to Restrict Processing - You can request us to stop processing your personal information if you believe this information was collected unlawfully, or if you have other reasons through (a) the help or feedback feature on the Yame Services or (b) by sending a request via email to us at [email protected]. We will review your request and respond appropriately.

8. Right to Object - You can object to the processing of your personal information at any time through (a) the help or feedback feature on the Yame Services or (b) by sending a request via email to us at [email protected]. Note that if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests and freedoms, or if processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, we may refuse your request.

9. Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making and Profiling - You can request us to stop making automated decisions or profiling if you believe this automated decision and profiling is relevant through (a) the help or feedback feature on the Yame Services or (b) by sending a request via email to us at [email protected]. We will review your request and inform you whether the request complies with applicable laws and regulations.

In addition to the rights listed above, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (DPA), usually the DPA of your country.

Children

1. We do not intentionally collect or maintain personal information of individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover that personal information of individuals under 18 has been collected through the Yame Services, we will take appropriate measures to delete this information.

2. If you believe we have improperly collected personal information of young users, please contact us via email [email protected].

Retention of Your Information

We will retain your personal and other information as long as you maintain your Yame account.

1. You can request the deletion of your account at any time through the application at Me > Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account, or by sending a request via email to [email protected]. After we perform appropriate checks, we will delete data not necessary for monitoring, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal purposes. For example, we will retain location, device, and usage data for a reasonable period necessary for these purposes; while retaining this data, we may also use it for security, safety, fraud prevention and detection, as well as research and development purposes. In some cases, we may not be able to delete your account, such as when the account has a balance or has unresolved complaints or disputes. After the issues preventing account deletion are resolved, we will delete the account as described.

2. For security, safety, and fraud prevention reasons, we may also retain some information if necessary. For example, if we disable a user account due to unsafe behavior or a security event, we may retain some information of that account to prevent that user from opening a new Yame account in the future.

Changes and Updates to the Privacy Policy

1. We may change or modify our privacy policy from time to time. Although we will try to notify you when there are important changes to this privacy policy, you should regularly check the latest version of the Privacy Policy on Yame Services to stay updated on changes because these changes are binding on you.

2. If we change any content in the privacy policy, the change date will be indicated in the "Last Updated Date". Continuing to access or use the service after these changes take effect means you agree to be bound by the updated privacy policy.

10. Network activity information such as browsing history, search history, videos or pages you have visited, date and time of access, other user accounts you have subscribed to, and information about your interactions with other users;

For example, we may receive additional information from games or services you use, or from social networks you have allowed us to access (such as Facebook). When you access the Yame Services through a social network or connect the Yame Services to a social network, you allow Yame to collect, store, and use this additional information and content according to this privacy policy.
